The cosy und comfortable apartments Leman are situated in the center of the marvellous Playa de Palma, about 100 meters from the sea. The apartments are owner run.

Each of the 23 apartments (3 keys category) has a double bedroom, living-dining room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace, airconditioning, direct dialing telephone, private safe with electronic key and satellite television.

The instalacion has a lounge, bar, big sun- terrace, garden, two large swimmingpools- of which one is covered and airconditioned-, jacuzzi, fitness-room, sauna; and for the children, a playgroung and a pool.

The covered pool is heated from 1st of november to 31th of may.

The whole complex is central heated and air conditioned.

Our excellent hot and cold buffet offers a great variety of international dishes and you will enoy our Chef's regional specialities from the á la Carte menu.

Three times a week we organize shows and dancing for our guests.

For sportsmen and women we have a fitness-room and an bike-room with repair-shop. Within 5 minutes of the apartments there are tennis courts, horse-riding, water-skiing and surfing posibilities.

Palma city center is 10km away and there is a bus every 10 minutes.
