This beach hotel is located in the well-known resort of Playa de Palma. The nearest beach is just 250 m from the hotel. A good selection of shops, bars and restaurants are to be found within 300 m of the hotel, it is approximately 6 km to the nearest golf course and and public transport services depart from stops directly in front of the hotel.

The building was constructed in 1967, renovated in 2005 and is composed of a 6-floored building with a total of 170 rooms of which 15 are singles and 155 are doubles.
